This is my first real decorated cake!
It's very simple, a chocolate sponge cake filled with chocolate fudge, but very yummy!

 I loved to make it!


Next week I have another challenge... I'll make my father's birthday decorated cake! Wish me luck!

Holidays are allways good!
I had planned to make so many things, but I couldn't make half of them!
I worked a little bit, but I could rest and also cooked a lot!

Who didn't like the holidays so much was Lulu, that had broken his leg and had to rest more than he wanted.

It's almost Easter! I can't believe it!

We are working so much at Delikaten! We are very tired, but it worth! A lot!
We allways make our products thinking about the client expression while eating our chocolates, cookies or brownies.
And it's so nice when people like and say kind words about it!
Yesterday, Karla was at the factory, taking pictures of our goodies.
