I love brigadeiro! All kinds! But white one certainly is my favorite! And this version with apricot is even better!
White fudge + apricot + chocolate!!!
And is a wonderful option for your Christmas Treat Tray! Perfect for 7th week of “12 Weeks of Christmas Cookies!

Ingredients:

1 can sweetened condensed milk (395g)
1 T spoon butter (25g)
100g granulated sugar
100g compound chocolate

Heat the condensed milk and butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat, mixing all the time, until melted. Lower the heat until the mixture come off the pan’s bottom. About 10 minutes. Let it cool. Butter your hands and make little balls (20g each) and roll them on sugar.
Cut the apricots longitudinally. Case each ball on each apricot, and if you want roll them on sugar again. Melt the chocolate and dip half of the apricot fudges in it. Let them cool on wax paper.
About 20 fudges.
