I can’t believe that we are already at the last week of 12 Weeks of Christmas Cookies!
I’m happy that I knew all off you and learned new treats recipes! I’ll miss you all!
There’s only five days until Christmas and I want to bake a lot of goodies!!!
But I’m very busy and as tomorrow is Merry Mondays post day too, which theme is fudge, I decided to make a fudge for both: 12 Weeks and for Merry Mondays.

Ingredients
3 cups semisweet- or milk-chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cup compound chocolate

Place the chocolate chips in a 2-quart bowl and microwave for 1 minute, then stir them with a wooden spoon. If the chips are not completely melted, microwave them again for 30 seconds, then stir until they're smooth.

Stir in the condensed milk, salt, and vanilla extract.

Line a 9-inch square pan with aluminum foil, extending it about 2 inches beyond each side. (This makes it easy to remove the fudge later.) Lightly spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray.

Spread the mixture evenly in the pan.

Chill the candy until firm, about 30 minutes in the freezer or 1 hour in the refrigerator.

Lift the foil from the pan and place it on a flat work area. Use 1-inch star cookie cutters to cut out the fudge, set aside.

Melt the chocolate and dip the stars and let dry.

gorgeous! What sort of tool did you use to dip? you don't have any lines or cracks!

Thank you girls!
It was a little dificult to shape the stars because here in Brazil we are in almost Summer, so it was too warm and the fudge wanted to melt!
I kept them in freezer before dipping so it turned easier.
I dipped the stars with a dip fork like these http://www.goldaskitchen.com/merchant.ihtml?pid=6105&step=4 so I could dip them without cracking!
