Talita from Chocorango asked for a cookies recipe that matches with her blog. I’m very happy for that , and I couldn’t give her other recipe that wasn’t my favorite one.Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies. It’s my favorite for just one reason: they are pure chocolate! I confess I’m a chocoholic and these cookies are perfect for people who love chocolate! And very easy to make too! Because of these I can say they really represents Chocorango!
Since this is the 4th week of 12 weeks, it is a pleasure to share the recipe with you!
1 cup / 200g butter or margarine, softened
1-1/2 cups / 200g sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups / 320g all-purpose flour
2/3 cup / 80g Cocoa Powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup / 180g chocolate chip cookies
1 cup / 180g white chocolate chip cookies
Heat oven to 350°F.
Beat butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in large bowl until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add to butter mixture, beating until well blended. Stir in chocolates, if desired. Keep some to assemble on the top. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes or just until set. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. About 40 cookies.
