Daring Baker Challenge - Stollen

This month DB challenged us to bake Stollen.
Stollen is a German bread-like fruitcake traditionally baked this time of year. I already knew it, because it is very traditional in my town that was colonized by German people.



I’ve never baked Stollen, but I always wanted to. And I loved the opportunity! Thank you Penny!!!
