It's getting cold here and to celebrate this delicious wheater, I offer you this carrot hazelnut pound cake!
Deliciously simple, to eat with a cup of coffee!

220g all purpose flour
1/2 TS baking powder
1/2 ts salt
1 ts baking soda
1 ts cinnamon
1/2 ts powder ginger
180ml sunflour oil
190 brown sugar
4 medium size carrots or 2 big
Pre heat the oven at 180ºC or 350ºF. Oil and flour a 22cm diameter baking pan.
Wash the carrots and cut them in 4 parts each. Mix them, the eggs and oil using the blender.
Using your hands or the stand mixer add the flour, salt, baking powder an soda, cinnamon and ginger. Blend the hazelnuts and add to the dough.Put in the pan and bake for 25-30 minutos or until light brown.
